Trojan Field Workday

The August 16th workday at Trojan field saw an excellent turnout.  Players, coaches, parents, relatives and supporters came out to ready the football facilities for the fast approaching season.  String trimmers and mowers were humming.  Sprayers were applying the right stuff to wasps, weeds and ants.  Litter patrols were gathering debris.  Workers were cleaning the ticket booths, the concession stand and the cooling and cooking equipment.  Crews were locating the field boundary and yardline markers.  Failing light fixtures in the field house were made operational.  The players and coaches moved the old field goal post to the practice field.  A great deal was done in a short time.  Thanks to all who participated!!
